The Balistapus undulatus grows up to 12 inches. The small size will come to you generally 1 to 2 inches; the medium generally 2 to 3½ inches; the large generally 3½ to 5 inches; the XL generally 5 to 8 inches. The Undulate Trigger prefers a tank of at least 60 gallons with plenty of places to hide & swim. The Balistapus undulatus is a carnivore and likes to eat variety of meats (fish, scallop, shrimp, squid, clam) & veggies.

One of the most beautiful and most aggressive marine fish. Also named the green trigger or undulated trigger this fish will terrorize any tank and will eat any fish, coral or invertebrate it can swallow. Not to be kept with peaceful or small pieces or reef tanks. Grows to an impressive 30 cm in nature although it will not reach more than 20 cm in captivity (25 in really big tanks). Intolerant of its own species as well as most other triggers.
