Parrotfish belong to the Scaridae family. The majority of these fish
are classified in the genera Scarus, Cetoscarus and Sparisoma.
Most Parrotfish grow to well over 12 inches in length in captivity,
and the largest member of this family reaches an adult size of over
60 inches in length in the wild. Parrotfish are closely related to
Wrasse, and can be easily recognized by their distinctive beak-like
