This site is the place for everyone that want to find his true-self, To those who are interest in combining Art and/orMartial Art with Zen, To those that want to combine creativity with practical humanism in daily life. 'Zen is a practice that helps every human-being to penetrate to his true self through cross-legged sitting (Zazen), and to vitalize this self in daily life'. This is a site about the Soto Approach to Zen. It is mainly about the founder of Soto-Zen, Dogen Zenji, and Shobogenzo his masterwork. Prof. Masunaga Reiho was a Zen teacher in a direct lineage of Dogen, and a Judo gentleman. The site is based mainly on his translations of Shobogenzo (Meaning the eye and the treasury of the true law) and other Zen works, from Japanese to English. [eng]
