Saccolaimus
According to Kingdon (1974a), S. peli shelters by day in deep forests and comes out at night to forage along the margins of the forest and in clearings and river valleys. Its flight is acrobatic and is accompanied by loud calls. It pursues moths and beetles. S. saccolaimus is found in a variety of woodland and forest habitats, and roosts in hollow trees, caves, old tombs, buildings, and openings between boulders. [eng]
