Olallamys
Emmons (1988a) proposed the generic name Olallamys to replace Thrinacodus Günther, 1879, which is preoccupied by the name of a fossil shark. Specimens are in the American Museum of Natural History and the British Museum of Natural History. Specimens have been collected at elevations of 2,000 and 2,800 meters. [eng] |
