Bala Shark, Balantiocheilus melanopterus
This is a real popular fish. It is called a "shark" probably because of its' appearance because its not really a shark at all. It is a lively fish that may jump so keep the aqurium covered. They look imposing especially since they can get rather large but they not aggressive and make a good community fish. They can even be kept with smaller fish. [eng] |
