Райнер Мария Рильке родился в Праге в немецкой семье. В 1886 - 1891 учился в кадетском училище, но, будучи впечатлительным и чувствительным юношей, уклонился от военной службы, предпочтя ей литературу и историю искусства. В 1897 познакомился с Лу-Андреас Саломе, познакомившей его с Россией. "Русская душа" покорила его на всю жизнью. В России он встречается со Львом Толстым, Леонидом Пастернаком и многими другими деятелями культуры. В 1900 поселился в колонии живописцев Ворпсведе и женился на Кларе Вестхоф, с которой, впрочем, скоро расстался. [rus] |
